Construction Co. Blasts Workers' Tolling Bid In OT Suit

Law360, New York (August 16, 2011, 3:53 PM EDT) -- M.A. Angeliades Inc. and its insurer asked a New York federal judge Monday to reject a bid by a class of workers to toll the statute of limitations on allegations the construction company failed to pay overtime for projects under state contracts.
