$12.5B Motorola, Google Merger Sparks Class Action

Law360, New York (August 16, 2011, 8:29 PM EDT) -- A Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc. shareholder filed a class action Monday in Illinois state court against the cellphone giant and CEO Sanjay K. Jha, alleging that their $12.5 billion deal for the company to be acquired by Google Inc. was too low.
