Bristol-Myers Bids To Exclude Evidence

Law360, New York (June 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. has filed a slew of motions to exclude certain evidence from being presented at an upcoming jury trial over allegations that it and other major pharmaceutical companies inflated average wholesale drug prices.

The drug company on Monday filed a series of nine motions in limine in the multidistrict litigation in U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts seeking to keep certain evidence from being heard at trial, which is scheduled to begin July 23.
