DTT Wants To Bar Parmalat Experts In Fraud Suit

Law360 (June 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has asked a judge to stop plaintiffs in a securities fraud class action from using testimony or reports from the Parmalat SpA chief executive's experts as evidence in the multidistrict litigation stemming from the dairy giant's plunge into bankruptcy.
