Google Ordered To Turn Over Email In Oracle IP Feud

Law360, San Diego (August 26, 2011, 3:58 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday ordered Google Inc. to immediately turn over a key email to Oracle Corp. in its patent suit targeting the Android smartphone operating system, concluding that the defendant could not hold off from producing the document while it challenged the ruling.
