Judge Rejects BofA Bid For Witnesses

Law360, New York (June 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bank of America Corp. cannot introduce additional fact witnesses in the Parmalat Securities litigation, a federal court judge has ordered, putting a stop to the vicious sparring between the bank, lead plaintiffs and Parmalat Capital Finance Ltd.
