Lehman Wants Giants Stadium To Produce Goldman Docs

Law360, New York (August 31, 2011, 5:01 PM EDT) -- Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. on Tuesday asked a New York bankruptcy judge to force Giants Stadium LLC to disclose communications it had with its attorneys and Goldman Sachs & Co. related to securities it issued in 2007 to finance a new football stadium.

The bankrupt investment giant says Giants Stadium could not claim attorney-client privilege because Goldman was party to its communications with attorneys from Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.
