Oracle, Google CEOs Ordered To Mediation In IP Fight

Law360, New York (September 9, 2011, 8:25 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday ordered Oracle Corp. CEO Larry Ellison and Google Inc. CEO Larry Page to attend a mediation session aimed at ending a drawn-out patent battle over Java technology before it goes to trial.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul S. Grewal scheduled the settlement conference for Sept. 19, and said the representatives required to attend included, but were not limited to, Ellison and Page.
