Lehman Calls Giants For Illegal Block In Docs Fight

Law360, New York (September 13, 2011, 4:17 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. on Monday argued that a unit of the New York Giants football team was using an illegal block in its attempt to shield from court review documents related to securities issued in 2007 to finance a new stadium.
