Pandora Privacy Suit Coordinated With Google MDL

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 4:27 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge ruled Tuesday that a proposed class action accusing Pandora Media Inc. of violating its users' privacy should be coordinated — but not consolidated — with multidistrict litigation claiming Google Inc. disclosed private information culled from Android phones.
