NBC, Fox To Shell Out $50M In TV Game Fee Deal

Law360, Los Angeles (September 19, 2011, 10:15 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge signed off on a $50 million class action settlement Monday that will reimburse consumers who paid texting surcharges to play lottery-style games on the television shows "Deal Or No Deal" or "American Idol."

U.S. District Judge Jacqueline H.
