Law360, New York (June 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The plaintiffs in an antitrust class action alleging that a slew of pharmaceutical companies defrauded consumers by artificially inflating the prices of various prescription drugs have received more time to finalize a settlement with GlaxoSmithKline plc.
U.S. District Judge Patti B. Saris on Monday issued an order extending the time for the plaintiffs to file documents in support of the final approval of a preliminary settlement reached with Glaxo from June 15 to June 22.
