Twombly Bars Engineers’ Wage-Fixing Suit: Apple, Others

Law360, New York (October 17, 2011, 3:54 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc., Google Inc., Lucasfilm Ltd. and several other tech companies on Thursday asked a California federal judge to toss a class action accusing them of fixing the compensation of software engineers, alleging the plaintiffs hadn’t stated a claim or alleged standing under Twombly.
