Calif. High Court To Weigh Fate Of Redevelopment Funds

Law360, New York (November 2, 2011, 3:12 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court is poised to decide the fate of the state's more than 400 redevelopment agencies, which were put on the chopping block by two recently passed measures that would either kill the controversial programs or push them to pay $1.7 billion in the next fiscal year in order to remain in operation.
