Bloomberg Sacked Ex-Director For Being Gay: Suit

Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 8:00 PM EDT) -- A former managing director for Bloomberg LP's television division sued the media company Monday in New York federal court, claiming his bosses unlawfully terminated his employment and discriminated against him because he is gay.

Brian Anthony Martinez names Bloomberg, Multimedia Division CEO Andrew Lack and regional head of human resources Catriona Henderson as defendants in his suit claiming he was unfairly laid off after requiring therapy following a violent dispute with his domestic partner.
