Sen. Eyes MF Global Collapse After CFTC Chief Exits Probe

Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, is forging ahead with an investigation into the bankruptcy of brokerage MF Global Holdings Ltd. and the role its primary regulator, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, played in its spectacular collapse, a spokeswoman for the senator told Law360 on Monday.
