Clear Channel Says Dukes Bars Classes In Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (November 8, 2011, 9:20 PM EST) -- Clear Channel Communications Inc. and Live Nation Entertainment Inc. on Monday asked the judge overseeing multidistrict litigation accusing them of monopolizing the market for live rock concert tickets to decertify five classes in light of the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in Dukes v. Wal-Mart.
