Law360, Wilmington (November 21, 2011, 5:33 PM EST) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Monday appointed a mediator to umpire the feud between the Los Angeles Dodgers LLC and its current broadcast partner, a Fox Sports affiliate that contends the team’s plan to auction its media rights reneges their contract.
