Judge Orders Settlement Talks In Golden Globes Fight

Law360, Los Angeles (November 30, 2011, 9:13 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday ordered the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and Golden Globes producer Dick Clark Productions to renew mediation efforts in their contract fight over broadcast licensing rights for the awards show, ahead of a Jan. 24 bench trial date.
