Google Gets All Clear From DOJ For $400M Admeld Buy

Law360, New York (December 2, 2011, 5:16 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice signed off Friday on Google Inc.'s acquisition of online advertising service provider Admeld Inc., reportedly worth $400 million, after concluding website publishers had enough other options that the deal would not substantially impede competition.
