Sirius False Ad Action Axed Over NY Claims

Law360, New York (December 5, 2011, 4:30 PM EST) -- A California federal judge dismissed a proposed class action Thursday accusing Sirius XM Radio Inc. of charging customers more than it had promised in advertisements, ruling a Colorado resident could not bring a claim under New York consumer protection law.
