Zurich Pays $7.6M In Adams’ Investor Action Coverage Row

Law360, New York (December 15, 2011, 5:46 PM EST) -- Zurich American Insurance Co. will pay golf club manufacturer Adams Golf Inc. $7.65 million to settle a coverage suit stemming from a settlement of a stockholder class action lodged against Adams over the company's initial public offering, Adams said Thursday.

Zurich will pay Adams by Jan. 4 and Adams will use $1.25 million of the settlement to pay the plaintiffs in the underlying class action, which it settled in in November 2009 for $16.5 million, according to an 8-K filing Adams submitted to the U.S. Securities...
