Special Master OKs $70M Glaxo Settlement

Law360, New York (July 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The $70 million proposed settlement with GlaxoSmithKline plc in an antitrust class action that alleged it defrauded consumers by artificially inflating the prices of various prescription drugs should be approved, the case's special settlement master concluded Monday.

Francis E.
