Collins & Aikman Ex-Execs Fight Bid For Stay

Law360, New York (July 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Several former executives of bankrupt Collins & Aikman are fighting a bid by the government for a stay of discovery in a case accusing them of orchestrating a scheme to mislead the company’s investors and lenders, arguing that the request is “premature and overbroad.”
