HFPA Kicks Off Trial In Golden Globes Broadcast Fight

Law360, Los Angeles (January 24, 2012, 9:33 PM EST) -- The Hollywood Foreign Press Association and Golden Globes producer Dick Clark Productions Inc. faced off before a California federal judge on Tuesday, the first day of a bench trial in their year-old contract fight over broadcast licensing rights for the popular awards show.
