Airlines Seek Stall In Air Cargo Price-Fixing Case

Law360, New York (July 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A slew of major airlines targeted in the air cargo price-fixing litigation are clamoring to put the brakes on the case, pushing for dismissals and a stay of discovery.

Air France and Thai Airways filed a motion Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York seeking to halt discovery, while Lufthansa AG asked the court to allow oral argument in support of its motion to dismiss.
