Google, Apple Anti-Poaching Pact Suit Proceeds

Law360, New York (January 26, 2012, 11:21 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Thursday allowed a proposed class action to proceed against media and technology giants including Apple Inc. and Google Inc. over their alleged anti-competitive agreements not to poach each other’s employees.
