AT&T, Verizon Urge Judge To Hang Up MMS Antitrust Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 30, 2012, 9:23 PM EST) -- Attorneys for AT&T Mobility LLC, Verizon Wireless and other carriers urged a federal judge Monday to throw out an antitrust class action over multimedia messaging, saying there was no showing that they had conspired to exclude digital rights management from their technical standards.
