Facebook CEO Won't Be Deposed In Mobile Web IP Suit

Law360, New York (February 8, 2012, 6:56 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge held Wednesday that Facebook Inc. CEO Mark Zuckerberg does not have to give pretrial testimony in Wireless Ink Corp.'s lawsuit accusing the social networking giant of infringing its mobile website technology patents.

U.S. District Judge Kevin Castel denied Wireless Ink's request to depose Zuckerberg, but said the court would revisit the issue if other discovery in this case demonstrated the utility of taking the deposition.
