Meltwater News Accused Of Ripping Off AP's Copyrights

Law360, Los Angeles (February 14, 2012, 4:15 PM EST) -- The Associated Press sued Meltwater News U.S. Inc. for copyright infringement Tuesday in New York federal court, saying the company’s $100 million-a-year online media monitoring and clipping business infringes the AP’s original content and competes directly with its news subscription services.
