StubHub, Phillies Get Ticket Resales Suit Stamped Out

Law360, New York (February 15, 2012, 6:54 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday tossed a putative class action accusing StubHub Inc. and the Philadelphia Phillies of unfairly withholding the original value of tickets bought through StubHub's resale marketplace, ruling named plaintiff Joseph Fabozzi had failed to state a valid claim.
