Upper Deck CEO Was Drunk At Deposition, Abdul-Jabbar Says

Law360, Los Angeles (March 12, 2012, 5:17 PM EDT) -- A California judge threatened Monday to enter a default judgment against The Upper Deck Co.’s CEO after he allegedly showed up to a deposition drunk and refused to answer questions on the eve of trial in basketball icon Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's right of publicity suit.
