Banks Ink More Mortgage Deals With State AGs

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 9:28 PM EDT) -- Bank of America Corp., Ally Financial Inc. and other major banks participating in a $25 billion mortgage settlement on Tuesday announced several additional settlement agreements with U.S. states, including a $25 million settlement with New York's attorney general.

BofA, Ally, Citigroup Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Wells Fargo & Co. outlined the settlement agreements in notices filed in Washington federal court.
