Abdul-Jabbar Promises New Fight With Upper Deck CEO

Law360, Los Angeles (March 16, 2012, 3:09 PM EDT) -- An attorney for Kareem Abdul-Jabbar told a California judge Friday he’ll seek a default judgment against The Upper Deck Co. LLC’s CEO for refusing to answer critical deposition questions Wednesday in the basketball icon's right of publicity suit, a week after the executive allegedly appeared drunk for a deposition.
