Facebook Strikes Back At Yahoo In Patent Dispute

Law360, New York (April 3, 2012, 5:23 PM EDT) -- Facebook Inc. on Tuesday fired back at Yahoo Inc.'s patent infringement claims in California federal court, asserting that Yahoo infringes 10 of Facebook's social networking and advertising patents.

Facebook accused Yahoo of infringing the patents through its home page, its Flickr photo sharing service, advertisements displayed throughout the site, and its Content Optimization and Relevance Engine.
