Raytheon Defeats DCAA's $25M Pension Costs Case

Law360, New York (April 6, 2012, 7:52 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge last month shielded Raytheon Co. from the Defense Contract Audit Agency's demand for $25 million in allegedly overbilled contractor pension costs, ruling that a rarely-used statute of limitations had lapsed between an initial DCAA audit and a second audit performed five years later.
