Brinker Leaves Meal Break Class Actions Down But Not Out

Law360, New York (April 12, 2012, 10:41 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court's long-anticipated decision clarifying the law governing meal break claims may have dealt a blow to plaintiffs by raising the bar for bringing such claims, but Golden State employers will still get slapped with meal break class actions, attorneys say.
