Toyota Seeks Ruling To Strike Claims From Acceleration MDL

Law360, Los Angeles (April 23, 2012, 9:27 PM EDT) -- Toyota Motor Corp. on Monday urged a California federal judge overseeing multidistrict litigation over economic losses from sudden unintended acceleration defects to throw out claims by Florida and New York plaintiffs whose vehicles never experienced a problem, saying he should adopt a tentative decision released last week.
