Bovis Lend Lease Cops To Fraud, Agrees To $56M In Fines

Law360, New York (April 24, 2012, 3:34 PM EDT) -- The construction management company formerly known as Bovis Lend Lease LMB Inc. responsible for New York developments such as Grand Central Terminal agreed on Tuesday to pay up to $56 million in federal fines and restitution to the victims of several fraudulent billing schemes.
