NJ Court Sides With Pinnacle In Porn Shop Defamation Suit

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 4:48 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Friday rejected an Atlantic City adult bookstore owner's claims that Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. defamed his business while pushing to have the property, which Pinnacle eyed as part of casino development plans, taken through eminent domain.
