Law360, Los Angeles (April 30, 2012, 5:44 PM EDT) -- A former employee suing Time Warner Cable LLC for underpaying its field technicians dropped class action claims against the company Monday, admitting he was fired for falsifying time records and forging a doctor’s note, making him ill-suited to represent the putative class.
