Judge Limits AP's Discovery In Meltwater Copyright Fight

Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 7:58 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday limited how much the Associated Press can probe files from Meltwater News U.S. Inc. as it pursues a copyright infringement suit, a setback in the AP's attempt to keep its articles off the clipping service.
