Judge Allows Bigger Class In Merrill Race Bias Suit

Law360, Chicago (May 16, 2012, 5:44 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge ruled Wednesday that former employees should be included in a proposed class of black Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. financial advisers suing the Bank of America Corp. unit for discrimination, shooting down the defendant's attempt to limit the class to current employees only.
