High Court Rebuffs Ex-Northwest Worker’s Pension Challenge

Law360, New York (May 21, 2012, 4:49 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court declined Monday to revive a putative collective action by a former Northwest Airlines Inc. worker who fought a pension plan provision that offset workers' compensation benefits against pension benefits after retirees reached age 65.
