2nd Circ. Sets Music Royalty Rates For Mobile Content

Law360, New York (May 23, 2012, 7:03 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit found Tuesday that music royalty rates due to the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers for content streamed on mobile devices should match the rates for cable TV, a ruling attorneys say sets an important precedent for the emerging mobile content industry.
