Oracle's Copyright Claim Tossed In Google IP Row

Law360, New York (May 31, 2012, 10:11 PM EDT) -- Oracle Corp. suffered another blow Thursday in its battle with Google Inc. over the Android mobile device software when a California federal judge tossed its copyright claim dealing with the Java application programming interface, finding Google had replicated only the portions of the software that are allowed for such use.
