Judge Won't Drop Tying Claims Against EBay, PayPal

Law360, New York (June 1, 2012, 8:44 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge denied a bid from eBay Inc. Tuesday to strip the tying claims from a putative antitrust class action that accused eBay of precluding sellers from using alternatives to PayPal, holding that the plaintiffs had sufficiently backed up their allegations.
