Iraqi Nationals Ask 9th Circ. To Revive Wage Suit Against L-3

Law360, Los Angeles (June 4, 2012, 4:41 PM EDT) -- An attorney representing hundreds of Iraqi nationals hired by L-3 Communications Corp. to prepare U.S. soldiers for war urged the Ninth Circuit on Monday to revive their suit alleging the defense contractor shortchanged them millions of dollars in overtime pay, arguing the lawsuit was wrongly characterized as a collective action.
