Dykstra Strikes Out In Bid To Dodge Criminal Charges

Law360, Los Angeles (June 7, 2012, 8:30 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday rejected former baseball star Lenny Dykstra's request to throw out charges of bankruptcy fraud, embezzlement and other crimes, saying a bankruptcy trustee's alleged conflict of interest doesn't justify dismissing the federal criminal charges.
