Networks Blast Dish Bid To Kill Calif. DVR Copyright Cases

Law360, New York (June 8, 2012, 2:27 PM EDT) -- Three major television networks on Friday fought to preserve their California suits accusing Dish Network Corp. of infringing their copyrights with its commercial-free recording technology, asking a New York court to deny Dish's attempt to throw out those suits in favor of its own.
